Purchasing a membership today does not guarantee same day access or specific future dates as some slots may be booked to capacity due to COVID-19 restrictions.

General Zoo Admission. Tickets may be purchased for days the Zoo is operating.  Tickets are only valid on the selected date. Present all printed or mobile tickets at gate for validation. No refunds, rebates, exchanges or raindates. Tickets are not required for children 2 years old or younger. Your selected ticket has a time for attendance. Please do not arrive to the Zoo prior to your scheduled attendance time. Once at the Zoo, please follow the signage to the ticket windows for admission. 

Parking at the Zoo is $6 per vehicle for visitors who are not Louisville Zoo members. In order to limit contact at the Zoo, please purchase your parking pass with your online ticket order.  Parking passes will be scanned along with your tickets.  If you do not present a parking pass, you will be able to purchase one at the gate.  

 

Important: Be sure you have a profile set up with your correct email address so that tickets can be emailed to you.Tickets are not required for children 2 years old or younger.
