Please read entirely before registering for this camp.
3. One child per booking. If you need to book multiple children, please make a separate bookings for each. Choose 1 and click next.
4.Fill out ALL information and click next. Review your information and check that you accept the terms and conditions. If you're ready to pay, click
proceed to payment, or add more if you need to add another child. Once all children have been added, proceed to payment and enter your credit
card information. You will get the approval page, and your registration is complete.
Summer Camp Refund Policy:
Cancellation notice must be submitted in writing. Please send notice to visitor.center@fcmv.virginia.gov. A $50 processing fee is charged for all cancellations.
Written cancellation notice is required four weeks before the session start date, and you will receive a full refund, minus the $50 processing fee per reservation.
Cancellations received less than four weeks of session start date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellation requests due to illness or accident before the camp session start date require a physicians's written notification. Upon receipt we will issue a full refund.
Cancellations due to personal reasons, etc. will not receive a refund.
Campers who leave during the session will not receive a refund.
If unanticipated circumstances beyond the museum's control make it impossible to hold an event; the museum shall make every effort to reschedule within one
calendar year. All monies shall transfer in full to the new date.
