WHY IS THERE A DIFFERENCE IN COST FOR COLLIER RESIDENT FAMILY AND GRANDPARENT MEMBERSHIPS?

In gratitude for saving the land under the Zoo in 2004, Naples Zoo is proud to offer Collier residents’ benefits even greater than many publicly funded zoos offer their own communities. The land was paid off years ago, but the benefits continue! As a reminder, Naples Zoo is not funded by taxes and is not operate by the city or county. We rely on visitors, donors, and members to carry out our conservation and education mission.

I LIVE IN COLLIER COUNTY, BUT I DON'T HAVE A FLORIDA I.D. -- CAN I GET THE DISCOUNT?

Yes. As a full or part-time resident, you qualify. Just bring in a photo ID and a local utility bill or property tax document with a name that matches the Photo ID.

You do not have to bring anything to the zoo. Your purchase will be in our Membership system at Admissions. For new memberships, you will be asked for a photo I.D. for each adult named in the membership. For renewed memberships, you will be asked for your member card(s) or photo I.D. if you forget your card(s).

  • MEMBER CARDS - Your permanent membership card(s) is assigned at the Admission counters. If renewing your membership, that same card will pull up your renewed membership. Be sure to keep track of your card(s) to avoid the $5 replacement fee for each lost card. ALSO, the number on the back of the card is not your member number.
  • MEMBER PACKET - Your membership info will be emailed to you.
  • MEMBERSHIP TERM - Your membership is valid for at least 12 months from the date of purchase (certain promotional codes you receive for renewing can extend the term). This membership is a revocable license and may be revoked at any time and has no cash value. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
  • NAPLES ZOO SOCIETY - For new or renewing Naples Zoo Society Memberships please contact Scott Woodcock at 239-262-5409 ext 135 or email member@napleszoo.org
